In the traditional supply chain most florists source their flowers from a wholesaler or market who in turn sources their flowers from a distributor. These large flower distributors source flowers from farms all over the country. As a result by the time the flowers get to the recipient they may have been cut over a week prior to their delivery. At Justpicked we have a unique model whereby we ship out flowers that come directly from our partner farms. This means you are able to watch your flowers bloom into life. If you follow a few simple care instructions and change the water regularly you should be able to extend the vase life of your flowers to a longer period of time that you may have been previously used to.
